Sydney, 17 March 2025 – JOLT, the leader in EV charging and digital out-of-home advertising, has appointed Vicki Slavina as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over 18 years of experience leading commercial and operational teams across ANZ and North America, Vicki brings a wealth of expertise in scaling high-growth businesses.
Slavina joins JOLT from Australian eCommerce scale-up Koala, where she served as Chief Operating Officer, spearheading strategic and operational initiatives that drove the company’s expansion. Prior to this, she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she worked with businesses to build high-performing teams and operating models to enable growth and profitability.
Vicki holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University. With a strong foundation in business and economics, she brings a global perspective and strategic expertise to JOLT as it continues to scale.
As COO of JOLT, Slavina will play a key role in strengthening the company’s operational foundations as it accelerates international expansion, scaling its EV charging and digital advertising network.

Slavina’s appointment follows a period of significant momentum for JOLT, including the company’s expansion into Canada, backed by a major investment from the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB), the appointment of Carin Lee-Skelton as ANZ General Manager of Regional Sales, and the continued rollout of its EV charging network across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the UK.
