FAQs

No matter how you start your charge, make sure to:

  • Turn off your car
  • Start a session via your JOLT app
  • Then plug the connector to your vehicle

There are 3 ways to start your charge:

  1. Scan the QR code for your connector (CCS 2 or CHAdeMO)
  2. Input the 4 digit connector code (found on the charger) into the app
  3. Select the station in the map, then click the connector that is compatible with your car

1. End charging session in the JOLT app

2. Remove the connector from your vehicle

Charging stations also have a physical stop button on the chargers, near the cables

JOLT is trialing a new app feature which allows you to reserve a charging station, to make sure you can access a charger when you need, when you get there. You are able to reserve a charging station from 5 minutes before you plan to use it.
